List of Ingredients 2 small fennel bulbs, shaved and thinly sliced, green tops reserved

1 1/2 T. sherry vinegar

2 T. extra virgin olive oil

salt and freshly ground black pepper
Description Toss the fennel with the sherry vinegar and the olive oil in a bowl.  Chop the reserved fennel greens and add to the salad.  Season with salt and pepper.
