Mexican Fudge

2 cups shredded cheddar
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack
2 cups shredded Colby
3 eggs
2/3 cup taco sauce or salsa (medium to hot)

Spray a 9X13" pan with cooking spray. Mix cheeses and spread half of the cheese mixture in the bottom of the prepared pan. Mix together eggs and taco sauce or salsa and spread over cheese. Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
