Name Roasted Asparagus with Prosciutto

List of Ingredients 1 lb. asparagus spears

olive-oil flavored cooking spray

1/2 tsp. grated fresh lemon rind

1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper

1/8 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

1 garlic clove, minced

1/4 cup coarsely chopped prosciutto (about 1 oz.)
Description Preheat oven to 500 degrees.



Snap off tough ends of asparagus.  Place asparagus on a jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray.  Coat asparagus well with cooking spray and toss; sprinkle with rest of ingredients.



Bake at 500 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender.
