Pork Chops with Chopped Apples and Sauerkraut

4 (1/4 lb. each) center-cut pork chops
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. canola oil
3 Golden Delicious apples, sliced
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup sauerkraut
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
Description
Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper and brown in oil. Remove chops and add apples and cinnamon and saute til slightly tender. Add sauerkraut and caraway seed. Stir well. Put chops back in and cook until tender.
