Name Orzo with Pistachios and Olives
Number of People 4
List of Ingredients 1 cup orzo

1/2 cup chopped pistachios

1/2 cup chopped green olives

1/4 cup green onions, mostly tops or chives

2 T. fresh lemon juice

3 T. olive oil

fresh ground black pepper, to taste
Description Cook orzo according to package directions.  Toss with rest of ingredients.  Serve warm or chilled.
Time 25 minutes
Difficulty (1-5) 1
Notes Best if fresh lemon juice is used.  I prefer chives to green onions.  Need to triple for Crab Fest.>
