List of Ingredients 1 lb. ground beef

1 cup onion, diced

1 cup carrot, julienned

1 cup sliced celery

2 cloves garlic, minced

14.5 oz. red kidney beans with liquid

30 oz. diced tomatoes

15 oz. Great Northern beans with liquid

15 oz. tomato sauce

12 oz. V-8 juice

1 T. white vinegar

1 tsp. basil

1/2 tsp. pepper

1/2 tsp. thyme

1/2 lb. ditali pasta (like elbow but no curve)
Description Brown and drain beef, add vegetables and garlic and simmer for 10 minutes.  Add remaining ingredients except pasta and simmer one hour.  At about 50 minutes, cook pasta as directed and add to soup when slightly tough.
Time 25 minutes prep plus 1 hour cook time
