Name Glazed Carrots with Ginger

List of Ingredients 1 T unsalted butter

1 lb. small carrots, well scrubbed

1 T sugar

1 cup chicken broth

2 tsp. grated fresh ginger

2 T golden raisins

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. black pepper
Description Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, tilting pan to coat completely.



Add carrots and cook for 1 minutes.  Add sugar and stir to combine; cook for 1 minute.



Add chicken broth, grated ginger, raisins, salt and pepper and cook for 20 minutes or until carrots are tender when pierced with a fork.



Serve warm.
