Tortellini Pasta Salad

List of Ingredients
9 oz. package cheese-filled tortellini
10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained or 10 oz. fresh spinach, slightly wilted
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved and tossed with salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 oz. sliced black olives or chopped kalamata olives
16 oz. bottle Italian dressing (use only as much as you like)
3 T. chopped fresh basil
Description
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain.
In a large bowl, toss halved cherry tomatoes with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Add tortellini, spinach, cheese, olives and basil.
Add just enough salad dressing to coat. Serve or chill.

Notes
You can wilt spinach by putting in microwave for just about a minute or by putting in colander before draining hot tortellini.
