14 oz. Bavarian-style sauerkraut
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded
6 oz. box Stove Top cornbread stuffing mix
10 1/2 oz. can chicken broth
2 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup red or white wine, divided
salt, pepper and paprika to taste
Description
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Pound chicken to tenderize and flatten.
In a bowl, combine stuffing mix, 2/3 can of kraut and 1/4 cup wine.
Roll stuffing mixture into chicken breasts; secure with a toothpick and place in a baking pan.
Combine, soup, broth and other 1/4 cup wine. Place remaining kraut on top of rolls and pour soup mixture over all.
Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes.
