Dijon Mustard
Brown Sugar
Cedar Plank, soaked for at least 2 hours, preferably more
Description
Place salmon on soaked plank. Drizzle on mustard and spread evenly with pastry brush. Sprinkle sugar over mustard and press in evenly. Make sure you coat the edges of the fish. Cook on grill. Cooking time depends on thickness of fish, but will take at least 25 minutes. Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
