List of Ingredients 12 eggs, hard-cooked, cooled and halved

1/4 cup blue cheese, well-crumbled

1/2 cup mayo

1 tablespoon parsley, minced

1/2 teaspoon hot sauce

1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning

2 ribs celery, minced
Description In a medium bowl, combine eggs yolks, blue cheese, mayo, parsley, hot sauce and lemon-pepper seasoning.  Mix Well. 

Spoon into egg halves then garnish with minced celery.
