Name Romaine, Celery, and Parmesan Salad

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup minced fresh dill, divided
1 pkg. (3 hearts) Romaine, chopped
3 stalks celery, sliced
2 T. red onion, very thinly sliced
1 T. capers, drained
1/4 cup Parmesan, shaved
2 large hard cooked eggs, quartered or grated
freshly ground black pepper, taste
Description Combine juice, mayonnaise and 2 T. dill.

Combine romaine, celery, onion, capers and 2 T. dill. Top with dressing and garnish with Parmesan and egg.
