1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
1 T soy sauce
1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
1 tsp. grated, peeled fresh ginger
1 scallion, sliced
1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
Description
Preheat grill or grill pan to high. In dish, toss asparagus with soy sauce, oil and ginger. Grill, turning until slightly charred, 8 minutes.
Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
