Name Brown Rice with Bouillon

List of Ingredients 2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 1/2 cups hot water
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 T. butter
1 cup brown rice
1 tsp. soy sauce
Description Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water. Saute onions and green pepper in butter until tender. Add bouillon and remaining ingredients. Turn into a 2 qt. casserole dish.

Cover and bake for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours or until rice is tender.
