2 T. taco or fajita seasoning
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup vinegar
15 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
1/4 cup diced green pepper
Description
Stir together seasoning mix and water until well blended; stir in oil and vinegar. Add corn, diced tomatoes, olives and sweet pepper; toss lightly to coat. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight, stirring mixture occasionally.
