List of Ingredients 2 lbs. lean ground beef
28 oz. can tomato sauce
28 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
2 cups cooked white rice
2 cups chopped green pepper
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Description In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, brown beef and drain. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes oruntil peppers are tender.
