Name Tomato, Bacon and Cheese Quiche

List of Ingredients 1 - 9\\" deep-dish frozen pie shell
4 slices bacon
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 large eggs
1 cup heavy whipping cream
14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1/3 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
Description Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-heigh heat until crisp. Remove bacon; drain on paper towels then crumble; set aside. Reserve 1 T. drippings; drain remaining fat.

Add onion to reserved drippings; cook until soft, set aside. Whisk together eggs and cream. Blend in bacon, onion, drained tomatoes, cheese, and basil. Pour into pie sheel; spread ingredients evenly.

Bake about 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Allow to stand 10 minutes before serving.
