1 whole chicken breast, poached, shredded
3/4 lb Kraft Monterey Jack Lite
1 onion, chopped
8 corn tortillas
Nonstick cooking spray
1 c fat-free sour cream
Description
Heat oven to 350F. Warm the tortillas in the oven, without oil. Remove from oven. Divide chicken, cheese and onion evenly among the tortillas. Roll up and place back in pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Cover with sauce (see our Tomatillo Sauce recipe) and bake for 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
