List of Ingredients 4 bone in pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Mexican seasoning
1/2 cup salsa
1 cup frozen corn
2 cans (15 oz) pinto beans, drained & rinsed
Cilantro
Description In slow cooker, mix 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp seasoning, salsa, corn and beans until well blended. Season pork chops with remaining salt and seasoning; place on top of corn and bean mixture, overlapping as necessary and pressing gently into corn and bean mixture.

Cover & cook 4-5 hours.

Serve pork chops over bean mixture, top with cilantro
