Weight Watchers Lemon Rice Soup

5 cups chicken broth
3/4 cup brown rice
3 egg yolks
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Put broth and rice in crockpot on high for 3 hours.
Whisk egg yolks, lemon juice and 1/2 cup warm water together. Temper egg mixture with some broth from crockpot. Whisk egg mixture into crockpot and cook on low for 10 minutes.
