Apple Cranberry Cashew Salad

2 pkg. (5 ox. each) spring mix salad greens
2 large apples, coarsely chopped
5 oz. lightly salted cashews
3 oz. dried cranberries
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
For the vinaigrette:
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup canola oil
1/3 cups cider or white wine vinegar
1 tsp. each ground mustard, poppy seeds and salt

Combine the first five ingredients.
Whisk together ingredients for vinaigrette.
Drizzle vinaigrette over salad and toss.
