Name White and Wild Rice Pilaf

List of Ingredients 1 1/2 tsp. olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup carrots, chopped
1/2 cup celery, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup uncooked wild rice
2 cans (14 oz.) vegetable broth
1/2 cup uncoooked regular white rice
1 T. chopped fresh parsley
Description Heat oil in large skillet. Add onion, carrots, celery and garlic and cook until tender.

Add wild rice and broth. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 25 minutes. Add white rice. Cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done. Stir in parsley.
