4-6 lb Turkey Breast

Description
Mix up your spices -- I did approximately 1 T mace, 1/2T garlic powder, 1/2 T Thyme, dash of savory and 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper.
Thaw turkey, peel skin off breast, but don\\'t remove all the way (let it hang off the back.
Put spices directly on meat and rub in well.
Put bite size pieces onion directly on meat and pull skin back over turkey.
Put spices, celery and onion in cavity of turkey. Sprinkle some spices on outside of turkey.
Put some potatoes and onion in bottom of crockpot.Sprinkle spices over them. Pour in water or wine. Add turkey. Fit remaining potatoes, carrots and onion around turkey. Add some celery stalks.
Cook all day!

I threw out the celery -- we didn\\'t eat it.
Use the juices from the turkey to make gravy (my turkey breast came with a gravy packet.)
