Name Potato Clam Chowder

List of Ingredients 4 c. hot water
1 package (4.9 oz) Betty Crocker Au Gratin Potatoes
1 c. frozen whole kernel corn
1 c. frozen broccoli florets
2 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. onion, chopped
13 oz. canned, minced clams, undrained
Description Heat water and potatoes to boiling; boil 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain.

Stir in Sauce Mix and remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.

Reduce heat; simmer uncovered about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.

Difficulty (1-5) 1
Notes May substitute 1 c. chopped fully-cooked ham in place of clams.

I used 1 1/2 c. corn and eliminated the broccoli.

I also added a little onion powder, so might want to increase the onion.
