4 thick pork chops
flour
2 T. olive oil
1 c. picante sauce
2 T. brown sugar
1 apple, cored and chopped
Description
Coat chops with flour. Heat oil in skillet and cook chops until brown.
Mix picante sauce, brown sugar and apple. Pour over chops. Cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes or until chops are done.

Notes
Serve with baked potatoes and put extra sauce as garnish on potatoes. Very yummy!
