Name Penne with Tomatoes, Olives and Capers

List of Ingredients 1 T. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 T. capers
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3 c. plum tomatoes, chopped
3 T. fresh basil or 1 1/2 tsp. dry
1/2 c. Kalamatta olives, chopped
6 c. hot cooked pasta (about 4 c. or 12 oz. uncooked)
Description Cook pasta according to package directions.

Meanwhile, heat oil in skillet, add red pepper and garlic. Saute 30 seconds. Add tomatoes, olives and capers. Reduce heat, simmer 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add cooked pasta, toss gently, cook 1 minute or until heated through. Remove from heat, sprinkle with cheese and basil.
