Name Mashed Potatoes with Horseradish (Kartoffelpuree Meerrettich) Number of People 4 List of Ingredients 5 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered 1/2 tsp. salt 2 T. butter pepper, freshly ground 1/2 c. sour cream 1 T. horseradish 2 tsp. parsley, minced Description Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender, drain. Mash, adding 1 T. butter and pepper. Add sour cream, horseradish, and minced parsley. Whip as for mashed potatoes. Place in serving bowl; top with 1 T. melted butter and serve.
