1 chicken bouillon cube
3/4 c. rice
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. salt
1 T. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. soft margarine
Description Heat water and bouillon until dissolved.

Add remaining ingredients and cover. Cook until water is absorbed and rice is tender.
