List of Ingredients 2/3 c. milk (70 to 80 degrees)
1/4 c. water (70 to 80 degrees)
1/4 c. sour cream
2 T. butter or margarine
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. bread flour
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. minced chives
2 1/4 tsp. active dry yeast
Description in bread machine pan, place all ingredients in the order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf size, if available. Bake according to bread machine directions (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 T. of water or flour, if needed).
