Chicken and Broccoli Crepe Filling

8 Classic Crepes
3 T. butter
3 T. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
salt and pepper
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed or chopped
8 T. sour cream
8 pieces cooked broccoli
Parmesan cheese
Description
Make crepes as directed and set aside.
Melt butter in small saucepan. Add flour and cook 2 minutes. Gradually add milk. Cook, stirring, until sauce thickens. Add Worcestershire, cheese, salt and pepper. Stir chicken cubes into sauce.
Spread each crepe with 1 T. sour cream. Place a broccoli spear on top of sour cream. Cover broccoli with chicken mixture. Roll up crepes. Place in buttered, ovenproof serving dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Heat in 375 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
