Name Five Hour Beef Stew

List of Ingredients 2 lbs. stew meat
6 potatoes, peeled and cut
2 onions, quartered
1 lb. carrots, peeled and cut
1 c. tomato juice
1 1/2 c. beef bouillon or broth
5 T. tapioca
salt and pepper
canned biscuits, if desired
Description Place all in a large casserole dish and cover tightly. Bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours.

When finished, you may top with canned biscuits and bake for about 10 more minutes at 375 degrees.
