Name Parmesan Corn Chowder

List of Ingredients 2 c. water
2 c. diced, peeled potatoes
1/2 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
1 can corn, undrained
14 oz. can cream corn
1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Description In large saucepan, combine water, potatoes, carrots, celery and onion; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 12 to 15 minutes or until tender (do not drain).

Meanwhile, in small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour and pepper until smooth; gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir 2 minutes or until thick. Stir into vegetable mixture. Add corn and parmesan. Cook 10 minutes or until heated through.
