Name Smoky Grilled Chicken Wings

List of Ingredients 1/2 cup ketchup
2 T cider vinegar
1 T dark brown sugar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 chipotle pepper in adobo, finely chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
1 lime
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
3 lb. chicken wings (about 36), split
1 T olive oil
kosher salt and pepper
Description Heat grill to medium-low. Combine ketchup, vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire and chipotle.

Place sour cream in a bowl. Zest the lime on top of sour cream and squeeze juice (about 2 T). Add cilantro and feta and mix to combine, set aside.

Toss wings with 1 T oil and 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper.

Grill wings, covered, turning occasionally for 12 minutes. Baste wings with sauce and continue to grill until cooked through, about 4 to 6 more minutes.

Serve with sour cream sauce for dipping.
