List of Ingredients 6 c. chicken broth
6 c. water
1 c. rice
3/4 c. lemon juice
5 eggs
1 tsp. water
Description Put broth and water in pan; add rice and cook until done. Remove from heat and set aside. Beat eggs til thick. Add lemon juice slowly to eggs, beating constantly; add teaspoon of water and continuing beating. Add small amount of hot mixture and continue until warmed. Add back to saucepan and continue cooking and stirring until desire consistency.
