1 tsp. salt
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 c. milk
Description
Combine flour and salt. Add eggs and milk; beat well. Let rest 5 to 10 minutes.
Place batter in colander or ricer. Hold over large kettle of rapidly boiling salted water. Press batter through colander with back of wooden spoon or rubber spatula. Cook and stir for 5 minutes; drain.
Sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
