Name Grilled Italian Potatoes

List of Ingredients 2 lbs. red potatoes
1/3 c. cold water
1/2 c. Italian Dressing
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
Description Scrub and quarter potatoes. Place with cold water in casserole. Cover and microwave on high for 12 to 15 minutes or until tender. Stir after 8 minutes. Drain.

Pour dressing over potatoes and marinate for 15 minutes. Arrange potatoes on skewers and grill, brushing with extra marinade, for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender and golden brown.

Just before serving, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
