Name Individual Baked Pork Chop Dinners

List of Ingredients 2 T. oil
4 pork chops
pepper
1 small onion, thinly sliced
2 or 3 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
4 ears frozen corn on the cob
1 tsp. dill weed
1/4 c. margarine
Description Heat oven to 325 degrees.

Heat oil in skillet. Brown pork chops, season with pepper. Place one pork chop on center of 16\\" X 12\\" rectangle of foil. Mix potatoes, onion and dill in bowl and place 1/4 of mixture on top of each chop. Place a frozen ear of corn beside each chop. Dot top of each dinner with 1 T. margarine. Fold and seal top and sides of foil securely. Place on jelly roll pan and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or til tender.
