16 oz. sour cream
10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
32 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes
2 ham steaks
8 oz. American cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. crushed Corn Flakes
1/2 c. melted margarine
2 c. mozzarella cheese, grated
Description
Combine sour cream and soup. Stir in frozen potatoes, cubed American cheese and chopped onion.
Turn half mixture into 13 X 9 inch baking dish, spreading evenly. Top with serving size pieces of ham. Spread with remaining potatoes. Combine corn flakes and melted margarine. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Return to oven and bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes or til bubbly and heated through.

Notes
May use pork chops instead of ham. Sprinkle chops with seasoned salt and brown.
May use non-fat sour cream and low fat soup.
