Name Barbecue Chicken and Grape Salad

List of Ingredients 1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
3/4 tsp. salt, divided
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp. olive oil
1/4 c. lowfat mayonnaise
1 T. red wine vinegar
1 T. orange juice
3/4 c. each green and red grapes, halved
2/3 c. celery, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. red onion, chopped
1/4 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
Description Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine onion powder, paprika, chili powder and 1/2 tsp. salt; sprinkle over chicken. Heat oil in skillet, add chicken and saute 2 minutes on each side or til brown. Bake 10 minutes or til done. Refrigerate til chilled and chop into bite-size pieces.

Combine 1/4 tsp. salt and mayonnaise, vinegar, orange juice, grapes, celery, onion. Add chicken and toss. Sprinkle with walnuts.
