Turkey Curry Salad

List of Ingredients
3 c. cooked turkey or chicken breast, cut in bite-size pieces
1 Granny Smith apple, cut in bite-size pieces, skin on
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 c. red seedless grapes, halved
1/4 c. red onion, chopped
2 T. lemon juice
2 T. raisins, currants or craisins
1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
1 T. curry
1 tsp. turmeric
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. nonfat mayonnaise
1/4 c. nonfat yogurt
1/3 c. nonfat sour cream
Description
Whisk together seasonings, mayonnaise, yogurt and sour cream. Set aside.
Toss celery, onion, apple and grapes with lemon juice. Add to turkey along with raisins and nuts. Pour on cream mixture and mix gently.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
