List of Ingredients
Salad:
16 oz. fresh or frozen yellow wax beans, cooked and drained
16 oz. fresh or frozen green beans, cooked and drained
17 oz. frozen peas, thawed
12 oz. can Mexicorn, drained
2 1/2 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2/3 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. pitted black olives, sliced
2 T. red onion, chopped (reserve some for onion ring garnish)
Dressing:
1/2 tsp. salt
3 T. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. salad oil
Description
For salad, drain all vegetables, combine and toss lightly.
For dressing, dissolve salt and sugar in vinegar in small jar with tight-fitting cover. Add salad oil, cover and shake.
Pour evenly over salad mixture. Cover, chill several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally. Garnish iwth onion rings.
