List of Ingredients 2 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon jello
3 1/4 c. hot water
1 1/4 c. miniature marshmallows
1 can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
4 bananas
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. margarine
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 T. cornstarch
1/2 pint whipping cream
Description Dissolve jello and marshmallows in hot water. Refrigerate til partially set.

Mash bananas slightly. Add bananas and pineapple to partially set mixture and turn into an oiled 13 X 9 inch pan. Chill til firm.

Take 1 c. pineapple juice, sugar, butter, egg and cornstarch. Cook til thick; cool. Whip cream and fold into cooked mixture. Spread over top of jello layer and chill.
