Name Penne Vodka

List of Ingredients 1 lb. penne pasta
2 cloves garlic
olive oil
1 1/2 to 2 inches salami or prosiutto, chopped
1/3 c. vodka
1 large can tomatoes
3 T. butter
basil and garlic powder to taste
1 pint heavy cream (may also use Half-n-Half
Romano and parmesan cheese to sprinkle
Description Cook pasta according to directions on package.

Meanwhile, saute garlic in olive oil; add chopped salami or prosciutto. Simmer 3 minutes. Add vodka and 3 T. butter; cook 7 minutes. Add cream, tomatoes and seasoning.

Drain pasta, add sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Serve hot.
