Name Pasta with Chicken, Sausages and Peppers

List of Ingredients 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in large strips
8 oz. fresh mild sausage, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 small red pepper
1 small yellow or green pepper
32 oz. canned, diced tomatoes, undrained
1 c. Marsala wine
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 T. cornstarch
1/4 c. tomato juice or water
3 c. hot cooked pasta
Description Cook sausage for 5 minutes or til brown on all sides. Remove sausage and brown chicken in drippings. Remove chicken and cook peppers and onions for 3 minutes. Return chicken and sausage to pan, add undrained tomatoes, wine, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.

Stir cornstarch into juice or water and add to mixture. Cook and stir until mixture is thickened and bubbly; cook and stir 2 more minutes. Serve over pasta.
