Name Pecan Crusted Tilapia

List of Ingredients 1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 T. finely chopped pecans
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. lowfat buttermilk
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
3 T. flour
1 T. vegetable oil
4 (6 oz.) tilapia or snapper filets
lemon wedges
Description Combine crumbs, pecans, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Combine buttermilk and hot sauce. Dredge each filet in flour and dip in buttermilk mixture and then crumbs. Repeat for each filet.

Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add filets; cook for 3 minutes on each side to til fish flakes easily with a fork.

Serve with lemon wedges.
