List of Ingredients 1 lb. chicken, cut in bite size pieces
1 tsp. olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 can mushrooms
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 c. white wine
14 1/2 oz. can Italian-style tomatoes
14 1/4 oz. can chicken broth
1/2 c. water
8 oz. egg noodles (type that will cook in 7 to 9 minutes)
Description Heat oil in skillet and add chopped onion and garlic. Add chicken and Italian seasoning and raise heat to high; cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Add wine and mushrooms and stir constantly for 1 minute.

Add tomatoes, chicken broth and noodles. Bring mixture to boil and press noodles into liquid. Cover, reduce heat to medium-high and continue to cook at moderate boil til noodles are tender, about 7 to 9 minutes.

Stir once halfway through and salt to taste.
