1 lb. (56 cookies)chocolate covered graham cracker cookies, crushed
1 c. margarine, melted
2 envelopes Dream Whip
1 c. cold milk
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 cans (21 oz. each) cherry pie filling
Description
Set aside 1/4 c. crushed cookies for topping.
Combine remaining cookies with margarine. Press into 13\\"X9\\"X2\\" pan. Set aside.
Combine whipped topping mix, milk and vanilla; beat on low speed til blended. Beat on high for 4 minutes or until thickened and forms stiff peaks. Add cream cheese and beat until smooth. Spread over crust and top with pie filling. Sprinkle with reserved cookies.
Refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours before serving.

Notes
I used all lowfat ingredients. Lowfat margarine, skim milk, lowfat cream cheese and light pie filling. If you prefer sweeter taste, use regular pie filling.
