Name Surprise Layer Dessert Number of People 12 List of Ingredients 1 stick margarine 1 1/4 c. flour 1 c. chopped nuts 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 c. powdered sugar 2 envelopes Dream Whip 2 (3 3/4 oz.) packages instant butterscotch pudding 3 c. milk Description Blend flour and margarine until mealy. Add chopped nuts and mix with hands. Pat into a 9\\" X 12\\" pan and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Whip together the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Prepare 1 envelope Dream Whip according to package directions and fold into cream cheese mixture. Spread gently over crust. Chill 20 minutes. Use 3 c. milk to prepare instant pudding. Whip til thick and spread over cream cheese layer. Chill 20 more minutes. Top with another prepared envelope Dream Whip and chill before serving. Time 1 hour Difficulty (1-5) 3 Notes Image
