Name Favorite Fondue (Welsh Rabbit)

List of Ingredients 2 T. butter
2 T. flour
1 T. dry mustard
1 c. milk
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. cayenne
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
3 T. beer
Description Melt butter in top of double boiler. Add flour and dry mustard. Gradually add milk, stirring til thickened. Add Worcestershire sauce and cayenne. Add cheese and stir til melted. Add beer and serve at once with bread cubes for dipping.
