Name Salted Peanut Chews Number of People 12 List of Ingredients 1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1/2 c. margarine, softened 1 egg 3 c. mini marshmallows 2/3 c. white corn syrup 1/2 c. margarine 2 tsp. vanilla 12 oz. peanut butter chips 2 c. chopped nuts Description Combine dry cake mix, margarine and egg til crumbly. Press in bottom of greased, 9X13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with marshmallows. Bake for 2 additional minutes or til marshmallows puff up. Cool completely. Heat and blend together the corn syrup, margarine, vanilla and peanut butter chips. Spoon over marshmallows. Sprinkle generously with nuts. Chill and cut into squares. Time 40 minutes Difficulty (1-5) 2 Notes Nuts can be a combination of half peanuts and half other nuts, such as walnuts, pecans, etc. Image
